Key Responsibilities
**Shift Supervision:** Coordinate and control operational activities according to the production schedule.
**Personnel Management:** Assign tasks, allocate resources, and supervise team performance during the shift.
**Production Compliance:** Monitor volumes, timelines, priorities, and achievement of operational targets.
**Operational Safety:** Ensure compliance with safe work procedures and risk prevention standards.
**Quality Control:** Verify that processes and products meet established specifications and standards.
**Coordination with Maintenance:** Report failures, prioritize interventions, and support continuity of critical equipment.
**Incident Management:** Resolve operational contingencies and escalate situations that may affect production, safety, or quality.
**KPI Monitoring:** Track productivity, performance, downtime, resource utilization, and other shift KPIs.
**Shift Handovers:** Conduct clear shift handover meetings and communicate priorities, deviations, and pending items.
**Resource Control:** Verify availability and proper use of materials, equipment, tools, and personnel.
**Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date production reports, operational logs, incident records, and shift updates.
**Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to reduce losses, improve cycle times, and increase operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
**Experience:** 4–7 years of experience in production, manufacturing, industrial operations, or similar roles—ideally with shift supervision experience.
**Education:** Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
**Supervision:** Experience coordinating operators, technicians, or production teams.
**Operational Management:** Knowledge of shift planning, production control, and resource management.
**Safety:** Familiarity with risk prevention and procedures applicable to production environments.
**Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems or production control platforms.
**Leadership:** Ability to organize teams, assign priorities, and maintain operational discipline.
**Problem Solving:** Ability to make timely decisions in response to deviations or contingencies.
**Communication:** Skill in coordinating with internal teams, supervisors, and support departments.
Salary: $28\.000 \- $32\.000 per year
