Key responsibilities \- Provide LS/LC planning and LS/LC work management services. \- Support LS/LC change management and Moncon LS. \- Standardize maintenance/operations processes, procedures, and practices. \- Support administrative execution management (SI). \- Coordinate shutdown logistics when assigned. \- Report performance and deviations to the user area. Mandatory requirements \- Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Management Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. \- Postgraduate diploma (mandatory). \- Professional experience exceeding 10 years. \- Experience in engineering services for mining, mining projects, concentrator plants, and/or maintenance. \- Advanced proficiency in Office applications and management systems; fieldwork experience. Desirable requirements \- Experience with SAP PM, work management, or plant shutdowns. \- Experience in mining.
