For our client — a leading industrial company — we are seeking a professional to serve as a Demand Management and Planning Analyst. This position will play a key role in commercial and operational planning, providing strategic insights to improve product availability, anticipate stock risks, optimize procurement, and support data-driven decision-making. What will be your challenge? Your mission will be to analyze commercial data, inventory levels, demand behavior, and supply performance to intelligently forecast purchasing needs, and generate management reports to identify new commercial and strategic opportunities. Your responsibilities include: * Prepare and analyze commercial reports regarding business line performance, comparisons against budgets, forecasts, variances, and their causes. * Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may financially impact the organization. * Develop and update demand forecasts by business line, category, or product family. * Translate demand planning into procurement recommendations, considering available stock, coverage, lead times, and orders in transit. * Monitor inventory levels, turnover, coverage, overstock, stockouts, and obsolete inventory. * Identify inefficiencies and propose workflow changes to reduce costs and minimize risks. * Propose process improvements and automation initiatives for the department. What are we looking for? * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Management Control, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Logistics. * 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply, procurement, inventory management, management control, or business-oriented data analysis. * Experience in sales analysis, stock tracking, purchase determination, and supplier coordination. * Advanced Excel skills * Advanced proficiency in BI tools * Prior experience in companies with multiple product lines, seasonality, and external suppliers is desirable.
