Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to efficiently manage the administration and safeguarding of materials, overseeing receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch operations. 2. Lead personnel by assigning tasks and promoting continuous improvement. 3. Propose initiatives to optimize logistics flows and reduce costs. At LL Consulting, as strategic partners of a major company in the productive sector, we are currently searching for the next **Warehouse Supervisor** to join their team in **Iquique**, whose primary objective will be to **ensure** the proper administration and safeguarding of materials and products, efficiently managing receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. **Main responsibilities include:** * Supervise and coordinate material receiving, storage, and dispatch operations, ensuring accuracy and traceability of information recorded in systems. * Control inventory through cyclic counts and variance analysis, maintaining updated and reliable stock levels. * Organize the physical layout of materials in the warehouse, applying coded location criteria, orderliness, and compliance with safety and stacking regulations. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures, equipment usage, and handling of hazardous materials, safeguarding staff working conditions. * Record and validate movements, losses, and returns in the ERP system, generating control and logistics management tracking reports. * Coordinate with internal departments and external clients for timely material delivery, ensuring appropriate documentation and labeling. * Lead warehouse staff by assigning tasks, supervising goal achievement, and promoting continuous improvement of operational processes. * Propose initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics flows, reducing costs, and strengthening internal service efficiency. **Ideal Profile:** * Academic Qualification: Technical Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Required Experience: 2\-4 years of experience in logistics, preferably in warehousing environments. * Class D Driver's License. * Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
