Support sampling and testing of products under development **Performance Monitor – Castro** ====================================== A leading company in the salmon industry is seeking to hire a **Performance Monitor** to work at its Processing Plant in Castro. The main objective of this position is to conduct performance measurements of products during processing, recording and delivering information that supports decision-making and correction of potential deviations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform online process performance measurements. * Record information in spreadsheets and systems. * Report yields and detected deviations. * Support sampling and testing of products under development. ### **Requirements** * Technical or Professional Secondary Education in Food or Aquaculture is desirable. * Basic Excel skills and general computer literacy. * Prior experience in similar roles is ideal. * Attention to detail, rigor, and responsibility in complying with regulations. **This job posting is inclusive and complies with Law No. 21.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market.**
