Agrosuper is seeking its next Industrial Sales Representative based in Osorno, who will be responsible for serving and advising customers on-site to maximize the performance of the assigned portfolio through sales management, after-sales support, and related operational activities. **Main Responsibilities:** Serve and advise customers on-site, identifying their needs and commercial opportunities. Manage sales and after-sales for the assigned portfolio, aiming to maximize its performance. Execute and monitor the commercial plan, customer coverage, and visit schedule. Coordinate operations associated with commercial management, maintaining contact with the Key Account Manager (KAM), Submanagement, Plant Managers, Operations Team, and Zone Manager. **Requirements:** Hold a degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration Technician, or a related field granted by a university, professional institute, or technical training center. Have at least 1 year of experience in sales or operations. Proficiency in Excel—including pivot tables—Microsoft Office, and digital platforms. Own transportation. Availability to work onsite and in the field in Osorno. Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, under Article 22\.
