This role enables you to build real and measurable solutions using the latest Microsoft technology, impacting thousands of corporate users. We seek a professional based in Santiago, Chile, capable of implementing Generative AI solutions primarily with Copilot. Your mission Design and implement Copilots and MS 365 Agents that solve business problems. Key responsibilities Develop Copilots in Copilot Studio and MS 365 Agents (Power Platform). Guide business teams through hands-on labs and guided adoption. Optimize prompts and workflows to maximize accuracy and user experience. Document technical architecture, maintenance guides, and troubleshooting procedures. Expected deliverables Functional and tested conversational agents deployed in production environments. Implemented use cases with adoption metrics and ROI. Technical repository (diagrams, manuals, deployment scripts). Ideal profile 2\+ years of experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Microsoft Low-Code development. **Results-oriented:** proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
