Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial or Civil Engineering intern with Advanced Excel skills to transform and optimize Compensation and Management Control processes through automation and data analysis. Collaboration on process optimization initiatives and decision-making. **Job Description** ---------------------- Job Mission: Contribute to the transformation and efficiency of Compensation and Management Control processes by automating tasks, analyzing data, and generating timely information to support business decision-making. Main Responsibilities: We seek an intern interested in data analysis, continuous improvement, and process optimization, who wishes to add value through innovative solutions and digital tools. Support the development, enhancement, and automation of processes related to People Compensation and Management Control. Develop, update, and maintain periodic reporting using Excel and other data analysis and visualization tools. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency by implementing digital tools and automating recurring tasks. Support the generation of reports, analyses, and presentations that contribute to tracking KPIs and decision-making. Collaborate in collecting, validating, and analyzing people management-related information, ensuring data quality and consistency. What will you contribute during this internship? You will have the opportunity to participate in process transformation and optimization initiatives, developing skills in data analysis, automation, reporting, and management control.
