JOB OFFERING: INDUSTRIAL PLANT MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT At ALIMENTOS SAN MATEO SA, we are seeking a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT for our processing plant; required knowledge includes: PLUMBING\-PAINTING\-WELDING\-ELECTRICITY Desire to improve and strengthen your knowledge in: maintenance of machinery for the industrial food processing sector; pneumatics and hydraulics, electromechanics, refrigeration, etc., to join our team. If you are a quick learner, honest, responsible, and possess soft skills, this position could be ideal for you. Main Responsibilities: * Support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of company machinery and equipment. * Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they affect operational performance. * Assist in repairing and/or replacing defective or worn components. * Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance activities performed and materials used. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. * Honesty and responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks. * Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
