




Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Support professional focused on the process plant to provide software, hardware, and management system support; lead new technology integration projects; and join the IT security team. Integration into the IT security team Seeking an IT Support professional focused on the process plant **Job Objective:** Deliver remote and/or on-site IT support for software, hardware, and productive management systems across all company departments; lead new technology integration projects; and join the IT security team—maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer service. **Responsibilities:** Provide user support for required needs via ticketing system, as well as in-person or remote support at various branches as appropriate for users under your responsibility Provide support for the company’s full administrative and production platform ("provide information on functionality"), including ERP systems for information and/or production management Configure new equipment for users and conduct related training sessions. Perform physical hardware maintenance according to departmental scheduling. Perform physical hardware maintenance according to departmental scheduling. Manage escalations or request new equipment for technical failures requiring deeper intervention Prepare weekly reports on workstations within the Process Plant. Configure and install network routers and switches. Create credentials for new users in internal systems (e.g., Fin700, Processing, Intranet, IT Support, etc.), and provide general support—including password recovery, permission assignment, and basic system usage guidance. **Requirements:** Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Systems Analyst, or equivalent Windows 10 and 11 operating systems; Feeding System, Power BI, Hardware Support Windows Server, SQL Server, Fishtalk, Akva Connect and Akva Control, Routers, Firewalls, Access Points (AP), Microsoft 365 Administrator, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking knowledge Intermediate to advanced level **Conditions:** Rotating shifts (6 days on / 1 day off): morning, afternoon, and night shifts; 2 Sundays per month Initial fixed-term contract Supplementary Health Insurance and other benefit agreements
