Manage the portfolio of modules and spaces categories, maximizing revenue through brand attraction and development in common areas. Responsibilities: * Define and manage the assigned category portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing its commercial mix across shopping malls. * Prospect and acquire new brands, actively generating leads and negotiating to occupy modules and spaces in common areas. * Develop and maintain commercial relationships with brands and operators, driving their retention, expansion, and loyalty. * Optimize occupancy and profitability of modules and spaces, ensuring high utilization rates and achievement of projected revenue targets. * Monitor market and consumer trends, incorporating innovative commercial proposals and concepts into the offering. * Coordinate on-site brand implementation, ensuring compliance with operational, commercial, and aesthetic standards defined by the shopping mall.
