We seek an analytical, proactive, and committed individual eager to contribute to strengthening our accounting processes and achieving the business’s strategic objectives in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment. **Main Role Challenges** * Analyze accounting accounts monthly and present results, focusing on the oldest outstanding items. * Prepare, maintain, and monitor balance sheet and income statement account analyses. * Control and reconcile intercompany accounts. * Operate and administer ERP systems and internal applications. * Prepare and review periodic accounting reports. * Support the preparation of financial statements under IFRS standards. * Propose improvements and automation to optimize departmental processes. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure the quality and timeliness of financial information. * Manage and follow up on pending or incomplete accounting processes. **Working Conditions** * Location: Huechuraba * Free parking * On-site gym * Possibility of indefinite-term contract based on performance * Direct employment contract with the company * 1 remote workday * Fridays until 2 PM * 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday If you are seeking a new challenge where you can develop professionally and contribute your expertise in a strategic industry, we invite you to apply and join our team. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Degree in Auditing or General Accounting. * Prior experience in similar roles within the accounting area. * Knowledge of accounting systems and intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience with SAP, especially modules FI and Accounts Payable. * Familiarity with IFRS standards. * Treasury knowledge * Experience with bank reconciliations * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement * Minimum 1 year of experience * Minimum education level: University degree * Graduate * Auditor Accountant * IFRS (intermediate level) * SAP (intermediate level)
