Summary: This role activates Google’s business strategy for advertisers, driving adoption of advertising solutions by leveraging online media knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills to grow new and existing businesses. Provide Google-caliber client service and market analysis **Please submit your resume in English \- we can only consider applications submitted in this language.** Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following: **Lima, Peru; Bogotá, Bogota, Colombia; Santiago, Chile**.### **Minimum qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. * Experience working with digital organizations. * Experience identifying and recommending solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership. ### **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption. * Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders. * Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and facilitate agreements. * Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and engaged landscape. **About the job** ----------------- In this role, you will help to activate Google’s business strategy for our advertisers and will be ultimately responsible for driving adoption of our advertising solutions. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and problem\-solving abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your influencing and relationship\-building skills, you will provide Google\-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Individual pay is determined by factors including job\-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $124000 \- $181000 (USD) \+ 60% bonus target \+ equity \+ benefits Learn more about benefits at Google.**Responsibilities** -------------------- * Educate the ecosystem and work with Sales and Agency teams to prioritize short, mid, and long term actions for Search products and solutions. * Develop key client lists, narratives and execute selling of product priorities in partnership with Sales and Agency. * Co\-develop and co\-own the product strategy for Search solutions. * Help Sales and Agency influence customers to increase the adoption of Performance solutions to maximize business outcomes. * Execute Go\-to\-Market plan to drive Search solutions successfully in the region.
