Job Summary: We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to create value in software products within agile teams, collaborating on design, development, and testing. Key Highlights: 1. Implement innovative solutions based on best practices **Job Description** ---------------------- Develop and propose solutions in agile teams required to create value for Falabella Group's software products. 1\. Planning, scope definition, design, development, and testing of software. 2\. Collaborate on development with product, design, front-end, and back-end teams. 3\. Analyze, propose, and implement solutions to production issues based on best practices. Mandatory Requirements: * Fullstack developer with at least 3 years of experience building fullstack applications (backend + frontend). * Solid experience with TypeScript, ESM modules, and modern Node.js (20+). * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, etc.). * Experience with React (v18+) and Next.js (App Router, Server Components). * Proficiency in Tailwind CSS. * Experience writing tests (Vitest, Jest, or others). * Experience handling authentication/authorization (e.g., JWT) and multi-tenancy concepts. Nice to Have: * Experience with event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, Kafka, SQS, or RabbitMQ). * Strong focus on testing (ideally accustomed to high test coverage). **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Required: Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science Technician, or Electronics Engineering. * 3 years of experience with Node.js * 3 years of experience with relational and non-relational databases * 3 years of experience with React (v18+) * Experience handling authentication/authorization (e.g., JWT) This opportunity is open to people with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
