Finance Manager
Job Description:
1\. Establishment of Financial Management System: Assist the Finance Manager in building a financial accounting system and internal control system that complies with local regulations in Chile.
2\. Comprehensive Accounting Management: Oversee the comprehensive accounting operations in Chile, monitor fund receipts and payments, tax compliance, inventory accuracy, and the timely and accurate collection and issuance of invoices.
3\. Financial Accounting Processing: Perform monthly accounting tasks in accordance with Chilean accounting standards, review and prepare certain accounting documents.
4\. Financial Report Preparation: Independently prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet/Income Statement/Cash Flow Statement) that meet Chilean statutory requirements; collaborate with the Finance Manager to prepare consolidated reports and footnote disclosures compliant with Chinese accounting standards.
5\. Account Analysis: Regularly submit analysis reports on changes in various accounts to support business decision\-making.
6\. Tax Compliance Management: Lead the end\-to\-end tax declaration process (Corporate Income Tax/VAT/Withholding Tax, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate submissions; maintain relationships with government agencies such as the tax authority and accounting firms.
7\. Team Management: Lead a financial team of 2\-3 members in Chile, standardize accounting practices, and develop training plans.
8\. Other tasks assigned by company leadership.
Qualifications:
1\. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
2\. Holding a Chilean Certified Public Accountant license (Contador Auditor) is preferred.
3\. Proficient in the Chilean tax system, with successful tax planning case experience.
4\. Experience in establishing financial systems and optimizing processes.
5\. Experience working in cross\-cultural team environments.
6\. Business\-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
7\. Skilled in using MS Office; experience with SAP FI/CO, Yonyou NCC, or Kingdee is preferred.
8\. Results\-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
9\. Strong ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: $2,500,000 \- $4,500,000 per month
