Project Formulation: Prepare technical files for applications to external funds (FNDR, PMU, PMB, FRIL, etc.). Architectural Design: Develop drawings, explanatory reports, technical specifications (EETT), and estimated budgets. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure each project complies with the General Ordinance of Urbanism and Construction (OGUC), the Communal Regulatory Plan (PRC), and the Universal Accessibility Law. Portfolio Management: Monitor projects across various government platforms (e.g., Integrated Projects Bank \- BIP). Fieldwork: Conduct surveys, technical inspections, and diagnostic visits in areas where works will be implemented.
