Job Description Analyze, integrate, and consolidate technical, operational, and financial information from various Technical Services departments to support business strategic planning, scenario evaluation, and decision-making, ensuring timely preparation of required reports, analyses, and presentations for both the Chilean operation and the corporate office. Job Responsibilities Coordinate the site’s annual strategic planning and budgeting cycle, ensuring adherence to milestones and deadlines defined by the corporate office. Consolidate technical, operational, and financial information required for Q2F, SUD, SBP, and Budget processes. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of information for updating business plans and scenarios. Propose continuous improvements to processes, tools, and information flows associated with the planning cycle. Develop economic and financial analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making. Develop models, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses related to production, costs, and cash flow. Identify business-relevant risks, opportunities, and variances. Generate executive reports and data-driven recommendations. Translate technical, operational, and financial information into clear messages for different organizational levels. Prepare executive materials for corporate presentations and business reviews. Facilitate communication between site departments and the corporate office. Support understanding and alignment of key business risks and opportunities. Coordinate preparation of information for quarterly reviews and corporate reporting processes. Consolidate background information from various departments. Prepare executive materials for reviews with senior management and the corporate office. Track commitments and action items arising from performance reviews. Education and Experience Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Mining Civil Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or a related field. Postgraduate degree, diploma, or specialization in finance, strategic management, business analytics, or mining management (desirable). Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles related to financial planning, management control, or related areas. Knowledge of strategic planning and management of the mining planning cycle (budget, forecast, SBP). Knowledge of economic evaluations, financial modeling, and scenario analysis. Knowledge of management control, performance indicator (KPI) tracking, and corporate reporting. Valid driver’s license. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience using ERP systems. Experience using financial planning or forecasting software. Intermediate English proficiency.
