Position Summary: We are seeking a Security Risk Management Leader to strengthen operational control and process standardization at United Pipeline Systems, Inc. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **Security Risk Management Leader** to join our SSOMA team at our offices located in La Negra, Antofagasta. **Conditions:** * Shift: 5x2\. * Location: La Negra. * Contract Type: Initial Fixed-Term, followed by Indefinite Term. **Objective:** To lead the corporate management of the organization’s critical security risks by developing standards, operational controls, management tools, and corporate guidelines that prevent high-potential incidents, strengthen operational control, standardize processes, and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements related to operational safety. **Responsibilities:** * Identify, assess, and manage the organization’s critical security risks, leading the development and implementation of corporate standards, procedures, and controls to ensure safe execution of work. * Coordinate working sessions across various departments and provide technical advisory support to projects and operations on the application of critical controls and safety best practices. * Develop management tools and monitoring methodologies. * Administer and review the corporate and project-level MIPER (Methodology for Identification, Prevention, Evaluation, and Reduction of Risks). * Participate in high-potential incident investigations, internal/external audits, and tendering processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in operational safety or critical risk management within mining and/or industrial contexts. * Knowledge of Critical Risk Management methodologies, and development of safety standards and procedures. * Proficiency in office software, SharePoint, and reporting tools for tracking and controlling safety management.
