Position Information * **Position:** Supply Chain Manager / Supply Chain Manager * **Location:** Chile * **Work Mode:** On-site / Hybrid, depending on operational requirements * **Employment Type:** Full-time * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, executive hours * **Salary:** **CLP $7\.500\.000–$10\.000\.000 gross monthly** * **Bonus:** Annual or variable incentive based on performance * **Contract Type:** To be determined based on experience and role requirements Key Responsibilities * Design and execute the comprehensive supply chain strategy. * Lead logistics, planning, procurement, and inventory teams. * Optimize sourcing and distribution processes. * Manage demand and supply planning. * Monitor inventory levels and product availability. * Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships. * Negotiate costs, terms, and agreements with key suppliers. * Monitor supply chain performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency. * Coordinate procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations. * Manage risks and develop operational continuity plans. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. * Prepare reports and analysis for senior management. * Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business areas. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and standards.
