Operations Coordinator We seek an organized, management-oriented professional who wishes to play a key role in coordinating the operational and administrative activities of our poultry farms. Position Objective To coordinate the operational and administrative management of assigned farms, aligning with support departments and production teams to ensure operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and efficient use of resources. Main Responsibilities Coordinate work programs with support departments (People, Occupational Health and Safety, Integrated Management System, among others). Manage and control administrative processes (vacations, attendance, documentation, permits, reports). Coordinate and supervise input, service, and supplier management. Consolidate and analyze environmental information (RESPEL, SUSPEL, ISO 50001, among others). Monitor projects, improvements, and maintenance plans. Participate in and report on operational KPIs during operational meetings. Manage contractor compliance (services, contracts, and rates). Control access of personnel and vehicles to safeguard biosecurity. Ensure compliance with regulations regarding quality, safety, environment, and animal welfare. English proficiency at intermediate level. Knowledge of SAP (desirable). Desirable experience in production or agro-industrial environments.
