Your responsibilities will include: * Designing and dimensioning fixed access networks (FTTH, FO, GPON, XGSPON) in accordance with technical and commercial standards. * Supporting planning, engineering, and execution of fiber optic deployment and last-mile technology projects. * Preparing drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation using tools such as **AutoCAD and Visio**. * Analyzing capacity, coverage, and performance of access networks, proposing improvements and infrastructure optimization. * Using data analysis and visualization tools such as **Power BI** to monitor technical and management KPIs. * Collaborating with operational and project teams to ensure efficient integration of the access network with transport and core networks. * Evaluating and proposing new technologies and solutions (e.g., GPON/XGSPON, FTTH architectures) to strengthen fixed-service offerings. * Applying agile methodologies such as **LEAN or SCRUM** in engineering project development and implementation. * Conducting acceptance testing, certification, and quality control of implemented solutions. * Ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and internal corporate policies. What We Are Looking For: * University degree in **Telecommunications Engineering (Execution or Civil), Electronics, Networks, or related field**. * Experience in **design, planning, or implementation of fixed access network projects**. * Knowledge of **FTTH, GPON, XGSPON, and optical fiber network technologies**. * Knowledge of data networks such as **Ethernet, IP, and MPLS**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, and Power BI**. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office. * Intermediate-level English. What We Value: * Experience integrating access networks with **IP/MPLS transport networks or microwave networks**. * Certification in **GPON or XGSPON networks**. * **Cisco (CCNA or CCNP)** certification. * **Juniper** certification. * Experience or knowledge of **agile methodologies (LEAN, SCRUM)**.
