Job Summary: Execute administrative logistics and distribution processes to ensure operational continuity in order preparation and order dispatching. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages dispatch scheduling and document control. 2. Controls fleet planning and document issuance. 3. Collaborates with a world-leading company in specialized chemical products. About the Role Execute administrative processes within the Logistics and Distribution department, following established procedures to maintain operational continuity for preparing and dispatching orders from SIKA’s distribution center and external warehouses. * Execute daily dispatch scheduling across shipment routes to meet demand. * Support document control within the dispatch department to assist in collections management. * Control planning of the truck fleet required for dispatching finished goods and bulk products. * Review monthly details of services rendered and ensure proper handling of documentation. * Ensure optimal issuance of Dispatch Documents. * Faithfully comply with employment contract terms, internal regulations, and Code of Conduct to maintain a workplace characterized by respect, transparency, and sound business practices within the company. Your Skills and Experience * Technical or professional degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in logistics or similar roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * SAP S/4HANA proficiency. * Basic English desirable (reading comprehension).
