Position Summary: A professional to manage environmental permits and studies, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote sustainability within a leading company in the sanitation sector. Internal and external advisory services on compliance with environmental regulations. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage environmental permits to ensure compliance with Law 19\.300, minimize environmental impacts, and promote sustainable development. 1\. Contract, control the quality of deliverables, and process Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Impact Declarations (DIA), and Relevance Inquiry Reports (CdP) for investment projects. 2\. Overall management of EIA, DIA, and CdP submissions before the Environmental Assessment Service. 3\. Actively participate in regulatory processes and technical committees to define new environmental standards or modifications to existing ones. 4\. Conduct internal assessments to identify and reduce gaps in environmental compliance. 5\. Coordinate necessary actions to meet requirements imposed by environmental regulatory agencies, including preparation of technical reports (responses to inspection visit minutes, sanitary summaries, etc.). 6\. Conduct required environmental technical studies, as well as review external projects that may affect resources, infrastructure, or sanitation services provided to our customers. 7\. Provide advisory services to internal clients regarding compliance with environmental regulations. 8\. Optimize environmental monitoring of projects. 9\. Ensure, participate in, and promote the implementation and development of the company’s Management Systems, in accordance with responsibilities defined in each system’s documentation. 10\. Regularly report and coordinate with your supervisor regarding the outcomes of your activities and task completion, aligned with their progress. 11\. Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor within the scope of this position. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * UNIVERSITY DEGREE: Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Civil Engineering, or related field. * MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in environmental studies and management, and projects. ISO 14001 certification required. * CLASS B DRIVER’S LICENSE (MANDATORY). WILLINGNESS TO WORK IN THE FIELD. ADVANCED MS OFFICE PROFICIENCY. * TECHNICAL\-SCIENTIFIC ENGLISH (READING SKILLS).
