Job Summary: Execute reception, storage, preparation, and delivery processes for supplies/products tactically and accurately, maintaining a high standard of organization and communication. Execute reception, storage, preparation (picking), and delivery processes for supplies/products tactically and accurately, maintaining a high standard of organization and clear communication with other operational departments of the company. Your main responsibilities: Reception and Preparation: Execute order picking and packing swiftly while consistently applying our Double-Check Protocol to prevent shipping errors. Production and Dispatch Support: Deliver requested supplies within established timeframes, maintaining assertive and collaborative communication with work teams. Inventory Control: Ensure proper product rotation by applying the FIFO/FEFO rule (First In, First Out / First Expired, First Out). Organization and Cleanliness: Maintain the warehouse’s operational standards using the 5S methodology, ensuring every aisle and shelf remains in optimal condition. Loading and Unloading: Physically assist in supplier receptions and loading of vehicles for our daily routes. What are we looking for in you? Experience: At least 1–2 years working in warehouses, distribution centers, or similar logistics roles. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory control and handling of dispatch guides. Key Competencies: We seek highly collaborative individuals who avoid conflict and proactively seek solutions.
