Your role will be to **identify, contact, and qualify new leads**, ensuring close, agile, and effective engagement across the various sales channels managed by our SDR team. Your work will be critical in opening new opportunities and connecting with companies ready to transform how they work with our technology. **Your Mission** ------------- * Collaborate with the commercial leader to develop prospecting strategies and track your metrics to ensure effective performance. * Proactively seek new customers via calls, emails, and digital tools. * Qualify prospects using the **SPICED** methodology. * Handle outbound leads daily, identifying their needs and advising them based on the best solutions. * Keep the **CRM** updated with every contact and outcome. * Schedule meetings for the **Account Executive**, facilitating product demonstrations for potential customers. * Send documentation, supplier forms, or bidding information when required. * Participate in sales meetings to share progress and learn collectively. * Represent Fracttal at events and commercial activities. * Execute actions to achieve your sales objectives and **OKRs**. ### **What We’re Looking For** * Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative for at least 2 years in technology industries (SaaS, B2B) within the maintenance sector. * Proficiency with prospecting tools and platforms.
