A leading multinational company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of conveyor belts and power transmission belts is seeking to hire a Customer Service representative to join its commercial team in Chile. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparing, sending, and tracking quotations. * Managing commercial opportunities and updating information in Salesforce. * Issuing Sales Notes and coordinating internally with the Production department. * Customer service, tracking customer requests, and coordinating on-site services. * Managing documentation required for access to plants or customer sites. * Administrative and commercial support in collections. * Collaborating in commercial and marketing initiatives. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles involving customer service or commercial support. * Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems. * Intermediate English (preferred). * Proactive, organized, responsible, and customer-oriented profile. **We Offer:** * Fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite-term. * Corporate benefits. * Hybrid work arrangement. *AMMEGA is an equal opportunity employer.
