You will be a key player in our dynamic and innovative culture, responsible for managing and analyzing operational costs and KPIs to drive business efficiency. Your primary objective in this role will be to manage the customer-level profitability model, ensure the availability of strategic financial information, and propose improvement actions that directly impact results and annual budget compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** **Budget Management:** Develop, monitor, and forecast operational and investment (Capex) costs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. **Profitability Model:** Execute and enhance the customer-level profitability model, identifying optimization opportunities across each segment. **KPI Analysis:** Conduct weekly tracking of productivity indicators and unit costs in last-mile operations, staffing, and procurement. **Strategic Reporting:** Prepare monthly closing presentations and ad\-hoc reports to inform management and support decision-making. **Commercial Support:** Collaborate with sales teams to review profitability analyses and develop tariff proposals for new customers. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering. **Experience:** 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in similar management control roles. **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced Office proficiency; data visualization tools such as Tableau (or equivalent); database management. SAP (CO) and SQL knowledge are a plus. **Skills:** Strong analytical capability for handling financial indicators and complex reporting.
