We are looking for a CLEANING SUPERVISOR. If you are a leader passionate about achieving operational excellence through timely planning and delivering high-quality cleaning services to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities Supervise cleaning staff, ensuring they perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the quality and safety standards established by the client and the company. Plan a work schedule: assign staff to various physical locations and allocate tasks to be performed during the work shift. Stay informed about activities and any issues arising during the outgoing shift, and provide timely resolution. Conduct rounds across all physical locations, verifying that assigned tasks and work procedures are being carried out during the shift. Verify proper execution of cleaning and general sanitation tasks across all facility areas. Monitor availability of required supplies and materials needed to carry out tasks. Track attendance, entry/exit times, shift handovers, and overtime hours of workers. Requirements Competency-based training acquired through experience. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Availability to work rotating shifts.
