Autonomy in handling medium-complexity tasks and professional growth At Thyreon Group, we are seeking two Software Engineers to join our Retail cell within the HUB development team for one of our key clients. About the Role You will actively participate in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our software solutions, working side-by-side with your agile cell (including design and QA). You will have autonomy to solve medium-complexity tasks, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our technical practices. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience as a developer Solid experience with C\# and React (Mandatory) .NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB) Experience with continuous integration pipelines (GitHub Actions) Minimum B1 technical English Bonus Points Familiarity with AWS (CloudWatch, ECS, Lambda), RabbitMQ Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic or Sumo Logic Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) Conditions Hybrid work model: on-site on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote on Mondays and Fridays Fixed-term contract for 3 months, followed by an indefinite contract Location: Santiago, Metropolitan Region If you are motivated to work in a collaborative team tackling real technical challenges and with room for continued professional growth, we would love to meet you.
