The role ensures timely accounting entries, documentary validation, and compliance with fiscal and financial policies while maintaining efficient cash flow. Main Responsibilities\*Invoice Processing: Receipt, validation, and recording of domestic and foreign supplier invoices in ERP systems.\*Reconciliation and Payments: Perform 'Three-way matching' (comparing invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts) for payment approval.\*Supplier Management: Address supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies regarding amounts or documentation.\*Tax Compliance: Ensure correct tax withholdings, VAT accounting, and updating of purchase ledgers.\*Reporting: Support monthly financial closings and prepare accounts payable aging reports. Candidate Profile\*Education: Technical or university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.\*Experience: 1–3 years in Treasury or Accounts Payable functions.\*Technical Skills: ERP system expertise (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Softland). \*Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. Knowledge of local tax legislation.
