We are looking for a Risk Control Assurer Engineering to join our team. The primary role is to ensure proper risk management and foster continuous improvement in engineering processes.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and financial risks in engineering projects and processes.
* Design and implement effective and efficient risk controls.
* Conduct audits and periodic reviews to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
* Analyze data and generate reports on risk status and control effectiveness.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate risk management across all project lifecycle phases.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and reduce risk exposure.
* Train staff on risk management methodologies and best practices.
* Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in engineering risk management.
Qualifications:
* University degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Civil, or related fields).
* Proven experience in risk management within engineering or financial environments.
* Solid knowledge of risk management methodologies and tools.
* Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead their implementation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
