If you wish to join a professional, respectful, and diverse team, we invite you to apply for the position of **Dispatch and Sales Coordinator for our Noviciado Distribution Center**, who will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing the dispatch plan while meeting requirements for quality, efficiency, and safety. **Main Responsibilities:** \-Coordinate route planning, carrier assignment, daily load and dispatch scheduling. \-Supervise compliance with the loading and delivery plan via the TMS system, managing operational incidents. \-Issue and register tax documentation (invoices, dispatch guides, and receipts) in SAP, ensuring compliance with current regulations. \-Monitor service and logistics efficiency indicators, proposing improvement actions in response to deviations. **Requirements:** \-Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions \-Experience in dispatch coordination, logistics, and customer service \-Knowledge of sales processes and order tracking \-Proficiency in TMS and SAP systems \-Intermediate Excel skills **Work Location:** Noviciado Distribution Center, Pudahuel.
