Part of the Global Leader in Real Estate Services and Investment **Receptionist Location:** Vitacura, Santiago. **About the Role:** As a Receptionist at CBRE, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming visitors to the building through dedicated and friendly assistance in the main lobby of a corporate building. * Attend to building visitors, managing their registration accordingly. \- Contact each reception desk to confirm visitor access. \- Support evacuation procedures during emergencies, guiding users to designated safety zones per established protocols. \- Receive and attend to suppliers, ensuring proper referral to respective departments. \- Efficiently resolve access-related issues per established protocols. \- Perform administrative tasks related to visitor control and entry, as well as support activities for asset administration management. **What You’ll Need:** * Technical Higher Education degree in Hospitality or related field. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer-facing roles, mandatory. \- Conversational English, non-mandatory. \- Proficient user-level Microsoft Office skills. \- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in the commune of Vitacura.
