Implementation of ESG policies and sustainability initiatives **Operations Manager Location:** Antofagasta As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the operational, financial, and overall performance of a property. What You Will Do: * Responsible for asset management, ensuring service delivery efficiency in accordance with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements. • Develop the facility’s emergency plan, implementing technical, operational, and administrative procedures per required standards. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports presented during Management Committee meetings. • Engage with and address user needs and requests, promptly managing appropriate solutions for each issue. • Manage relationships, coordination, and supervision of maintenance vendors’ tasks, supported by the operations team. • Implement ESG policies and sustainability initiatives developed for the asset. **Requirements:** * Technical or university-level education • Minimum required experience: ideally 2 years in asset management, operations, maintenance, or related roles • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
