We are currently seeking a **Quality Assistant** to join our plant in **Quilicura**. The role aims to ensure that all processes and areas involved in product manufacturing, ingredient receipt, storage, and distribution comply with established quality, safety, and hygiene standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Document and maintain up-to-date manuals, procedures, work instructions, specifications, and records of the Quality and Food Safety System. * Collect information from various departments (QCC and Legal) for developing and updating procedures. * Administer and control documents of the Quality Management System. * Train QCC personnel on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and related programs. * Prepare progress reports on document creation and updates. * Provide support for quality control activities conducted in the QCC. **Requirements:** * Degree in Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within food production companies.
