We seek an intern interested in the Compensation area, motivated to learn and develop in HR administrative and labor processes, eager to contribute and collaborate as part of a team. You will be an active member of the Compensation area, participating in real processes that will allow you to gain practical experience in: * Personnel file administration and updates. * Entry and maintenance of information in the compensation system. * Support in managing and reviewing medical leaves. * Support in HR administrative and labor processes, with a focus on compensation. You will receive continuous team support and ongoing learning throughout your internship. Requirements: * Availability to work onsite in Quilicura. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 08:30–18:00 hrs; Friday: 08:30–17:00 hrs. * Currently pursuing a technical or university degree related to this field.
