Plan preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance **EQUANS Chile (EQCL)** is seeking a **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** who complies with established procedures. Primary responsibilities include supervising the execution of maintenance activities, services, facilities, and repairs—particularly concerning human resource and administrative management—with the objective of ensuring compliance with quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. **We invite all qualified candidates meeting the following requirements to apply for this position:** **A professional responsible for coordinating, leading, and supervising the technical team to ensure the proper functioning of machinery, facilities, and equipment within an organization. The primary objective is to maximize operational continuity and minimize downtime due to failures.** **Required Knowledge:** a) Law No. 16.744 and its associated decrees. b) ISO 9001-14001 standards, OHSAS 45001. c) Development of hazard identification and risk assessment inventories. d) Recognition of workplace hazards. e) Development of work procedures (associated risks). f) Legal regulations and MINSAL protocols. g) Integrated management systems. **Main Responsibilities** * **Plan maintenance**: Schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. * **Supervise the team**: Assign daily tasks to technicians, mechanics, or electricians under supervision. * **Ensure safety**: Monitor compliance with safety regulations and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * **Manage inventory**: Oversee stock levels of spare parts, tools, and critical supplies required for repairs. * **Respond to emergencies**: Coordinate rapid response to critical failures that halt production or operations. **Profession / Education:** **Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.** **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in similar roles or as a senior technician with supervisory responsibilities.
