Oversee inventory management and propose improvements **Join our team as an Internal Auditor!** A leading Latin American luxury retail brand is seeking a highly qualified **Internal Auditor** to strengthen our team. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- ✅ Mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring the company’s profitability and efficiency. ✅ Coordinate and execute risk-based internal audits in alignment with corporate audit standards. ✅ Oversee cyclic and general inventory management, proposing improvements to controls. ✅ Analyze shrinkage and inventory aging indicators. ✅ Monitor and ensure compliance with financial crime prevention and anti-money laundering policies. ✅ Manage reports and regulatory requests from supervisory bodies (UAF) and coordinate responses to their inquiries. ✅ Implement and develop training programs on compliance and risk prevention. ✅ Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of procedures in accordance with current regulations. ✅ Analyze potential matches (“matches”) and escalate cases with alerts to the Regional Compliance Officer. ✅ Prepare search result reports with supporting evidence and maintain an up-to-date document archive. ✅ Submit consolidated results and supporting documentation to the Compliance team in Panama within established deadlines. **Requirements:** --------------- Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field. Solid knowledge of Laws 20.393 and 21.595. Experience implementing risk and compliance matrices (Mandatory). Experience in the commercial industry, preferably in Retail. Knowledge of IT auditing and process improvement. Experience in inventory controls and WMS operating systems.
