To further strengthen our operations in Chile, we are looking for a **Human Resources Analyst** who will contribute to the accurate execution of payroll, personnel administration, and payroll-related accounting control processes. This position will be critical to ensuring timely, reliable, and regulation-compliant processes, providing support to employees, leaders, and internal departments. **Your Responsibilities:** As a Human Resources Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and executing processes related to payroll, attendance, payments, severance settlements, labor information, accounting control, and administrative management of the department. **In this role, you will:** ----------------------- * Coordinate with internal departments to submit information for the monthly salary process. * Extract, review, and consolidate data on overtime hours, attendance, deductions, branch-specific variables, and other payment-related items. * Calculate salaries, bonuses, IPC-based adjustments, variable payments, and specific concepts such as expatriate and warehouse staff compensation. * Prepare earnings and deduction payroll sheets for the external payroll provider. * Review payroll reports, payroll ledger, accounting centralization, and reconciliations associated with Previred. * Manage payments related to Previred, trade unions, FALP, and other administrative processes. * Review severance settlements and liquidations, ensuring consistency across labor, operational, and accounting dimensions. * Notify upcoming employment contract expirations and support administrative processes related to hiring, honorariums, attendance, and severance settlements. * Prepare information and reports requested by external agencies, such as INE and annual sworn statements. * Calculate accounting provisions related to vacations, bonuses, benefits, insurance, and other payroll-related items. * Manage invoicing and coordination with Human Resources service providers. **Your Future Team:** --------------------- You will join the People \& Culture team at Volvo Trucks Chile, collaborating closely with internal departments, leaders, employees, external providers, and support teams. Your role will be fundamental in ensuring precise, confidential, and deadline-oriented administrative operations. **Who You Are:** --------------- We are looking for an organized, analytical, and rigorous individual with strong attention to detail and responsibility in handling sensitive information. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: * Experience in payroll, personnel administration, payroll processing, compensation, or related fields. * Knowledge of Chilean labor legislation, social security contributions, severance settlements, and labor documentation. * Experience working with external payroll providers. * Accounting knowledge related to payroll, provisions, accounting centralization, and account analysis. * Ability to review critical information, identify discrepancies, and promptly raise inconsistencies. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Organization, sound judgment, confidentiality, and internal customer orientation. **Desirable Qualifications:** ------------- * Experience with attendance platforms, preferably Geovictoria. * Familiarity with Previred, FALP, INE, sworn statements, and labor document management. * Prior experience with external payroll providers. * Experience in industrial, automotive, transportation, services, or multi-branch operational companies. * Knowledge of human resources management systems and personnel administration systems. **What We Offer:** ------------------ At Volvo Trucks Chile, you will have the opportunity to contribute to key organizational processes, directly impacting our employees’ experience and the quality of internal management.
