This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability. Key Responsibilities * Assist in the monthly profit and loss closing, support cash management, and prepare basic financial reports under direct supervision. * Participate in collecting and organizing data for financial controls and policy documentation. * Support the implementation and documentation of internal controls and compliance processes. * Help prepare materials for internal and external audits. * Perform basic reconciliations and contribute to the accuracy of financial documentation. * Assist in preparing simple financial forecasts and budget templates. * Provide administrative support to the finance team across various process improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with other departments as required. * Monitor and control project cost allocation for ongoing and/or construction projects using PEPS elements. * Identify budget variances and generate reports. **Education and Certifications** ------------------------------- * Certified Public Accountant and Auditor or related degree * Intermediate / Advanced Excel **Experience and Technical Skills** -------------------------------------- * 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), preparation of basic financial reports, and ERP systems. * Willingness to learn fundamentals of internal control and auditing. * Strong analytical ability * SAP proficiency preferred * Basic financial calculations * Solid knowledge of accounting and tax principles **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Eager to learn, organized, and detail-oriented. * Responsible and highly reliable. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Capable of following instructions and escalating issues when necessary. **Company Culture** ------------------- We believe in a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability.
