Main responsibilities: Support the commercial strategy by identifying relevant market trends. Prepare executive presentations and supporting materials for client meetings and business development. Research, collect, and analyze market, competitor, client, and industry information to support commercial decision-making. Participate in client meetings, collaborating in identifying needs and building long-term relationships. Coordinate business development activities with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication across organizational departments. Prepare reports, KPIs, and analyses to monitor commercial performance and support strategic planning. Stay continuously updated on industry trends, market movements, and business growth opportunities. Support continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating digital tools and new technologies to optimize commercial processes. Requirements: Professional degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mining, etc.), Commercial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial functions, business development, commercial strategy, or market analysis, preferably in industrial, engineering, mining, or B2B service companies.
