Be Bayer. **Main Purpose** * Act as the key link between Seed Processing and Seed Production Innovation by planning, coordinating, and ensuring the effective strategic and operational execution of all involved squads, including washery cleaning, seed calibration, packing, treatment, recleaning, and conditioning, in accordance with established process timelines. Ensure timely delivery to meet business and customer requirements while implementing new technologies under local conditions to enhance seed quality, ensure compliance, and reduce costs in alignment with the Seed Technology Solutions strategy. Lead daily processing batch planning and actively participate in cross\-functional alignment meetings covering harvest planning, production, quality, trade, and compliance, ensuring full visibility across functions throughout the entire process for Vegetables and Row Crops processes. **Your mission will be to** * Plan and supervise washery, cleaning, calibration, packing, treatment, and seed processing to ensure product quality within established timelines following general instructions of seed tech processes. * Continuously assess emerging technologies and viable alternatives for implementation within VIPAS to drive process efficiency, foster technological innovation, and leverage both internal and external customer experience. * Secure efficient and effective accomplishment of key targets of supply and commercial: timeliness, high seed recovery, low cost, and high quality. * Secure SSHE high standards and legal framework accomplishment in all our operations. * Optimize processing costs and process efficiencies. * Lead process control team and management system of the conditioning area. * Coordination of plant processes with information on required process capabilities based on Production information. * Implement new seed technologies and lead Phase 4 and Phase 5 project management hands\-on in the factory, including statistical data analysis, reporting, and method transfer to other processing sites. * Provide first\-in\-line support for complaint management related to Seed Technology processes by identifying root causes and employing multiple problem\-solving strategies. * Lead management of change, owning and writing procedures, and training employees on new protocols, machinery, and washing/conditioning processes. * Ensure traceability and reliability of information on systems (SAP, BPT, and company IT tools) to document results and ensure future Freedom to Operate (FTO). * Review compliance with Stewardship regulations (responsible management of transgenic materials) and water parameters according to contract with sanitation company. * Review equipment and supplies, handle purchase management, and deliver process reports and associated metrics/indicators. * Ensure and maintain the Production Implementation System during onePSS implementation and encourage teams to become a World Class Organization (WCO). * Participate in departmental ISO quality audits. **Unlock your potential** * BS degree providing background in Agriculture, Agronomy, Biology, Business, or Engineering (MSc in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, or Biology field preferred). * 5\+ years of relevant experience in industrial processes or seed manufacturing (or 8–10 years of experience with a BS degree). * 3\+ years of experience as an engaging people leader. * Proven experience in industrial process modeling and optimization * Track record of successful project delivery, implementation, and management of change. * Advance level in written and spoken English. * Strong problem\-solving skills with data\-driven decision\-making capabilities and technical understanding of issues. * Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills across diverse audiences. * Capacity to influence within an organization and across functions, with high customer focus skills. * Very strong ability to navigate in a multicultural environment with focus on collaboration and inclusion. * Flexibility to work in sub\-departments, support system/process enhancements, and coach new and temporary employees. * High level of innovation attitude/capabilities, with the ability to channel requests from Seed Processing to Seed Technology Solutions. **YOUR APPLICATION** This is your opportunity to tackle the world’s biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations and slowing the rate of climate change.
