Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Analyst for our Operations Management team, responsible for executing, monitoring, and analyzing data to identify improvements in customer account update processes. Participate in multidisciplinary working groups At AFP Habitat, leader in the pension industry in Chile, we are looking for highly motivated professionals with strong analytical capabilities to join our Operations Management team as a Technical Analyst under an external project-based contract for 12 months. Your primary responsibility will be to execute, monitor, and analyze data and information related to processes involved in updating customers’ personal accounts, in order to identify improvements that ensure regulatory compliance and meet the organization’s quality and efficiency standards. Your responsibilities will include: Executing operational processes within the area, such as crediting account movements, back-office processing of fund change and withdrawal requests, voluntary product withdrawals, validation of quarterly statements, among others. Analyzing data and information from processes updating AFP customer accounts, reviewing input, update rules, and output, identifying deviations from expected results, and generating action plans for correction. Participating in multidisciplinary working groups involved in evaluating process improvements. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: Technical-professional education 2 years of experience as an operations/finance/account movement analyst. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. Desirable knowledge of Python (optimization). Desirable knowledge of SQL Server.
