Analysis of large-scale inventories and detection of duplicates Muck Consultores, a leading Chilean company with over 17 years in the market, is seeking a Document Management Analyst – FileNet Migration to participate in a high-impact project. Project Context: A project requiring the elicitation, inventory, and characterization of existing documents—identifying their business context, metadata, classification, volume, lifecycle, and migration conditions—to provide the FileNet team with precise definitions for configuring and executing the migration. Responsibilities: * Elicit and inventory existing documents, identifying business context and metadata * Classify documents by typology, case files, versions, retention policies, and lifecycle * Analyze large-scale inventories, detect duplicates, incomplete fields, and exceptions * Interview users to capture documentary rules embedded in tacit knowledge * Translate business requirements into concrete attributes, relationships, and rules for FileNet Requirements: * Advanced Excel proficiency for large-scale inventory analysis (mandatory) * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Interviewing and information-gathering skills with end users * Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications * Knowledge of taxonomies, metadata, document typologies, case files, and lifecycle management * Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering in Informatics, or equivalent We Offer: * Meal and transportation allowance * Work modality: Hybrid, Las Condes * Competitive market-aligned compensation * Duration: 3 months, extendable * Participation in a high-impact project Salary: Up to $2\.000\.000 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in similar roles? * How many years of experience do you have in document management and document migration? * What is your salary expectation? * Please indicate your commune of residence, mobile phone number, and availability Work Location: Hybrid in Las Condes, Metropolitan Region
