Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead BIM coordination across diverse projects, integrating and validating models, optimizing processes, and managing teams. Key Highlights: 1. Lead BIM coordination in public and private projects. 2. Integrate, validate, and consolidate BIM models from various disciplines. 3. Define and implement internal BIM standards and processes. At DRS Ingeniería y Gestión, we are looking to incorporate a **Senior BIM Coordinator**, responsible for leading BIM coordination across diverse projects, both public and private, in the Metropolitan Region (RM). **Project Duration: 16 months** **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the implementation and management of the BIM methodology in public and private projects. * Integrate and coordinate BIM models from different disciplines involved in each project. * Review, validate, and consolidate models, identifying interferences and coordinating timely resolution. * Configure and manage modeling environments according to requirements and guidelines established in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). * Define, implement, and optimize internal BIM procedures, standards, and processes. * Lead interdisciplinary coordination meetings with designers, specialists, modelers, and other stakeholders. * Monitor commitments and progress across disciplines, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives. * Manage the flow and exchange of information and associated project documentation. * Maintain BIM models updated, coordinated, and optimized throughout all project phases. * Serve as the liaison point between modelers, specialists, and other key stakeholders. * Lead, coordinate, and provide technical support to the BIM team under their responsibility. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, or related field**. * Minimum of **10 years of professional experience since graduation**. * Minimum of **5 years of experience in similar BIM Coordination roles**. * Demonstrable experience in **public and private projects**. * Advanced proficiency in **Revit and Navisworks**. * Experience with platforms **ACC and/or BIM 360**. * Knowledge and experience in **document management, discipline coordination, and BIM model integration**. * Experience working on and coordinating projects during **design and construction phases**.
