Multidisciplinary teamwork for personal and social development **Support Assistant (2 positions)** **Paramedic, Medical Assistant / Medical Assistants** ======================================================================================== ### **CONTACT INFORMATION** **Company:** COMUNITA PAPA GIOVANNI XXIII **Economic activity:** Other social assistance activities without accommodation ### **DESCRIPTION** The responsibilities of the Support Assistant in this program include: \- Providing direct assistance and support in residents' basic and instrumental activities of daily living, promoting their autonomy and participation. \- Supporting the implementation of the Person-Centered Intervention Plan (PCIP) designed for each resident, fulfilling established objectives through accompaniment and assistance with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and other daily needs. \- Facilitating actions that promote independence, decision-making, and social inclusion of persons with disabilities residing in the facility. \- Collaborating in creating an appropriate environment, identifying or participating in adaptations when necessary to improve accessibility and comfort for residents. \- Responding progressively and continuously to individuals' specific needs, with a focus on respecting their rights, autonomy, and independence. \- Participating in scheduled collective and individual activities aimed at strengthening residents' personal and social development. \- Working alongside the multidisciplinary team to evaluate, adjust, and update interventions and supports according to each resident's progress and requirements.
