We are looking for an **Associate Product Analyst** tasked with supporting the discovery, definition, development, implementation, maintenance, and retirement of digital products and initiatives aligned with the company’s Digital Strategy—to ensure improvements in our customers’ experience.* Gather, analyze, and document needs, processes, and requirements to support product definition and communication. * Assist in writing and refining user stories. * Support the team in communicating and/or reporting progress on various topics under the team’s scope. * Collaborate in managing the digital product development flow by reviewing value-, team-, process-, and methodology-related metrics. * Assist in identifying user needs and opportunities to improve products using analytics tools, internal tracking, research studies, surveys, and other methods. * Collaborate in certifying the quality of digital products developed, maintained, and released by the team—and support monitoring, analyzing, and resolving bugs or unexpected behaviors in those digital products. * Knowledge of AI Agents and prompt usage Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * Experience in: Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile Methodologies, Lean Management. * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Agile methodology. * Experience using Insomnia or Postman for API testing. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. * Experience conducting functional and non-functional testing. * Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS). **Our Work Culture** We recognize that achieving a healthy balance is the best way to foster successful and empowered teams; therefore, we adopt a flexible approach tailored to your needs and those of your team—grounded in a culture of trust.
