Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to facilitate processes of social, educational, and community inclusion, promoting accessible practices and full participation. Territorial management and coordination to promote participation opportunities Social Work Social assistance and support for users undergoing rehabilitation We seek a Social Worker with academic training and experience to foster processes of SOCIAL, educational, and community inclusion, promoting accessible practices and the full participation of individuals and families in their daily lives. Main Job Functions * Inclusive diagnosis and assessment: identification of physical, attitudinal, and communication barriers; preparation of socio-family assessments with a rights-based approach. * Planning and support: design of individual and family support plans; coordination of formal and informal networks to ensure continuity in inclusion processes. * Intervention with families and caregivers: guidance and support in understanding needs and available resources. * Territorial management and coordination: linkage with companies, social organizations, and public services to promote participation opportunities; promotion of intersectoral actions that guarantee accessibility. * Rights protection and psychosocial support: detection of rights violations and activation of protection pathways; support in situations of discrimination or exclusion. * Monitoring and follow-up: continuous evaluation of progress and needs; maintenance of reports, records, and ongoing communication with teams and families. SALARY $1\.000\.000\.\- GROSS Position Type: Full-time Salary: $800\.000 \- $900\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
