The person will be responsible for managing the entire employee compensation cycle—from onboarding and hiring workers in accordance with current labor regulations, through salary settlements, advances, and final settlements calculation, processing, and payment. Additionally, they must process information related to CCAF, SENCE, ISAPRES, and insurance; control and administer direct and indirect personnel expenses; and ensure all activities comply with the Integrated Management System requirements and corporate guidelines of the Limagrain Group.
