We seek a Project Coordinator responsible for leading the implementation of activities, coordinating the work team, planning project actions, and maintaining articulation with various institutional and territorial counterparts. The candidate must hold a professional degree in social sciences, administration, education, economics, or related fields, with at least five years of experience in managing or coordinating projects related to entrepreneurship, productive promotion, or local economic development; experience working with vulnerable populations and leading teams is highly desirable. Postgraduate qualifications—such as master’s degrees, diplomas, or specializations—in project management, entrepreneurship, innovation, or related areas will be valued, as well as training in participatory methodologies, business models, and entrepreneurship support tools. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, capable of planning, skilled in coordination, and proficient in digital tools.
